USPCA Annual Open Day – A Fun Filled Day for Everyone
The USPCA will host its Annual Open Day at the Animal Hospital in Newry on Saturday the 22nd of September 2018 between 10.00am and -2.00pm. This will be our Biggest and Best Open Day Event yet and is proudly sponsored by local business, Botanica International Ltd.
The Q Radio Saturday Brunch show will broadcast live from the animal hospital and there will be competitions, loads of giveaways and fun for all the family.
Other open day highlights include family activities, PSNI Dog Display, USPCA Animal Hospital tours, BBQ, Bouncy Castles, Face Painting, Jumping Clay, Animal Advice including discounted microchipping, and lots of fun and games. You will also have the opportunity to talk to USPCA staff and volunteers on how to get involved and help the USPCA.
The USPCA will also host a Dog Show and visitors are encouraged to bring along their dogs to join in. Registrations for the Dog Show will take place on the day and there is some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

The USPCA Animal Hospital treats and rehomes sick and suffering animals. There is also a Grooming Parlour which offers a first class service and a retail store which stocks a range of pet supplies. All funds made through each department funds the USPCA charitable services.

Colleen states “The USPCA does not receive any funding from Government and we rely on voluntary donations to maintain its services. We urge the public to come along on the day and support our work”
