In Memoriam – Charles Edward (Ted) South

In deep appreciation of the life of Ted South, past Chairman and current President of the USPCA who died peacefully at his home on 11th December 2018. Ted was a champion of Animal Welfare in Northern Ireland. Greatly missed by Trustees, Staff and Volunteers. Rest in Peace.
