Rathfriland Motorcycle Club Annual Pet Food Run in Aid of the USPCA Animal Hospital

Members of the Rathfriland Motorcycle Club took part in the 7th Annual Pet Food Run on Tuesday 22nd July. The local bikers left the square in Rathfriland making their way to the USPCA Animal Hospital in Newry.

There are no stops  for traffic lights, road junctions or roundabouts etc. The run proceeds onwards at 20 to 30 mph over a 14 mile route, returning to the departure point of the square Rathfriland to complete a full circle

The USPCA are extremely grateful to the club for the support they have given to the USPCA over the years. We would like to thank the organisers of the run for their hard work and making this event bigger and better each year. This is a fun evening for all involved.

The event would not be possible without the support of the local Jollyes Pet Stores Thanks to Michael and Staff in Jollyes Lurgan, Shane and Staff in Jollyes Newry and Thanks to Alex Livingstone in Jollyes Bannbridge. The donated food will be a major help to the charity and the work it carries out in the prevention and suffering of animals of Northern Ireland.
