Pedal for Paws Participants Smash 20 Mile Challenge

The USPCA's first ever charity cycle 'Pedal for Paws' was a great success as over 25 cyclists tackled the challenge on Saturday 3rd of October.

Due to current restrictions, partipants were challenged to take part in the 20 mile cycle either on the Newry Canal towpath or virtually from their own preferred cycling route.

Despite some challenging weather conditions in the first leg of the challenge, we saw lots of smiles when our cyclists made their way to the finish line, receiving a well deserved cogratulations and medal.

We would like to extend a big thank you to all our participants, as well as those who kindly supported their fundraising efforts. Now more than ever we need your support to help us in or work of caring for vulnerable animals throughout Northern Ireland.

We're already looking forward to #PedalforPaws 2021!
