Stag Killed on A1 after Hunt

The remains of a stag lie by the roadside on the A1 near Banbridge

The terrified animal met its end in a collision with a Goldliner coach whilst it was being pursued by the local Stag Hounds.

The magnificent creature died and the travelling public were put at risk by the actions of so called ‘Country Pursuit’ supporters hell bent on causing suffering to our native wildlife.

Northern Ireland is the only part of the UK where ‘hunting with dogs’ remains legal. If you feel it should be banned make your views clear to your MLAs.
